4. Recipients

Your data may be disclosed to:

  • Processors providing services to us: Supabase, Vercel, Resend and Cloudflare. A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is in place with each of them.
  • Public administrations and competent authorities, where legally required.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers are located outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, transfers are covered by a European Commission adequacy decision (e.g. the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or by the Standard Contractual Clauses under Article 46(2)(c) GDPR. 6. Retention periods

We keep your data for the duration of our relationship and, afterwards, blocked for the applicable statutory limitation periods (in general, 3 years). Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until you withdraw it.
